Job Description

Employees work with wholesale distributors or retailers identifying automotive parts and products, providing customer information, conducting sales and stock control, merchandising, packaging and operation of computer systems. Also includes handling phone enquiries and complaints and ‘trouble shooting' of customer problems, ordering and purchasing stock, co-ordinating merchandise presentation and staff sales performance, production of financial reports and maintaining store security.

Note: the minimum age of enrolment for this course is 18 years of age.
